Prayers and readings for Sunday 28 June 2026 and the following week: 

We pray for Anna, our bishop, and Allen, our rector. In our parish cycle of prayer, we pray for the Tuesday contemplative prayer group.

This week our diocese prays for the St Michael & All Angels, Royal Oak (greater Victoria) and their interim priest, Ansley Tucker.

In our ecclesiastical province's cycle of prayer, we pray for Diocese of Yukon and Bishop-elect Vincent Fenga.

We continue to hold the community of Tumbler Ridge in our prayers.  

This week the Anglican Church of Canada prays for The Rt. Rev. Alexander Pryor, Bishop; the Rt. Rev. Annie Ittoshat, Suffragan Bishop; the Rt. Rev. Ann Martha Keenainak, Suffragan Bishop; the Rt. Rev. Jared Osborn, Suffragan Bishop, and the clergy and people of the Diocese of the Arctic.

In the Anglican Communion cycle of prayer, we pray for The Anglican Church of  Southern Africa.

Collect: Welcoming God, make us apostles of your generous love, so that we might offer hospitality that challenges the world with your gift of eternal life, made known in Jesus Christ, who offered himself for us. Amen
