Readings and prayers for Sunday 28 January 2024 and the following week: 

We pray for Anna, our bishop, and Allen, our rector. In our diocesan cycle of prayer this week, we pray for the people of Church of the Advent, Colwood, and their incumbent, Ingrid Andersen. In our provincial cycle of prayer, we pray for the people and clergy of the Diocese of New Westminster and Bishop John Stephens. 

This week the Anglican Church of Canada prays for The Most Rev. David Edwards, Metropolitan, and the people and clergy of the Ecclesiastical Province of Canada.

In the Anglican Communion cycle of prayer, we pray for The Anglican Church of Southern Africa.

Collect:  O Christ, for whom we search, our help when help has failed:  give us courage to expose our need
