Rental bookings

We encourage local community groups to use the spaces we have available at St. Philip Church.
We have a lovely sanctuary that is wonderful for concerts, retreats, lectures and meetings for up to 165 people (max occupancy limit - OBFD). With advance notice, and for an extra fee, we have a small stage that can be set up for your use. Apart from Sunday mornings, the sanctuary is available for much of the week.
Our bright basement hall (occupancy limit 200) and functional kitchen can also be rented, particularly on Friday and Saturday or when not being used by Gonzales Preschool. Rentals are based on 2-hour minimum or daily rates.
Spring Break: The Hall is available for weekday single or block bookings 15-30 March 2025.

Our spaces are not available for rent during these times:
- Church: Sunday and Thursday mornings throughout the year
- Downstairs Hall & kitchen: Mon-Tues until noon, Wed-Thurs until 3.30pm, Fridays until 1pm during the school year (Sept-June) Available during school holidays.
