Each year in January we gather as a church community for our Annual Congregational Meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to review together our life in ministry as a church and to look towards the future with vision for what we see God may be doing among us. We receive reports from the previous year, review the last year’s finances, and approve a budget for the coming year. We elect members to Parish Council, as Wardens (the two primary non-ordained leadership positions in the parish), and as Synod Delegates, to represent the congregation in leadership between Annual Meetings.
An Annual Meeting is open to every person who considers themselves to be a worshiping member of the St. Philip community and who takes an interest in and feels some responsibility for our life together in ministry.
